How we work

Locksmith Emergency Service is active throughout Belgium and is always ready to help you quickly. In every region we have an experienced locksmith who can be deployed for urgent situations. You can contact us 24/7 for lockouts, defective locks or problems with hinges and locks.

We work primarily with our own technicians. If they are not immediately available, we engage permanent independent partners. This way you can always be sure that you will be helped quickly and reliably. In these cases , Locksmith Emergency Service acts as an intermediary.

When we work with a self-employed person, we set the following conditions:

We have made clear agreements with these self-employed people about how the services should run. These agreements are as follows:

At LocksmithEmergency Service, the call-out charge is €35 excluding VAT. Our technician will drive to you and always discuss the total amount with you in advance. You have the choice to cancel the order at any time after the prices have been discussed. In that case, you only pay the call-out charge.

When you agree to the negotiated price for the service, an agreement is entered into. By signing the invoice or paying the amount, you confirm that you agree with the prices and work.

Please note that prices may vary due to differences in model and dimensions of the hinges and locks. Sometimes the technician first has to open the door to be able to assess this. If, for example, a lock needs to be replaced, the total amount will always be discussed with you first after the door has been opened.

You can discuss all questions and comments in the first instance with the technician on site. Do you have a complaint about our services? Then always send it to info@slotenmakerspoedservice.be by e-mail, including a copy of the invoice. Complaints are not handled by telephone. You will receive a response by email within 2-3 business days.

Do you cancel the appointment when the technician is already on his way or on site? Then cancellation costs may be charged, depending on the extra time that the technician has needed on top of the call-out charges.

Complaints about work or price

Do you have a complaint? Send an e-mail with a photo of the invoice to info@slotenmakerspoedservice.be . Your message will be answered within 2-3 business days. The technician will contact you to discuss the next steps.

Do you disagree on the price? Please inform the technician first. If you do not want to use the service after that, you only pay the call-out charge of €35 excluding VAT.
